Returns

Thank you for shopping at MINIMARO USA.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was ordered from the Express Article or Sales selection.
- The product refers to Color Samples.
- The product was delivered in the last 14 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. All of our handles are handcrafted and the majority of our products are ordered to fit customized designs. Regretfully, we cannot accept returns of customized designs of leather color and stitching, as well as imprinted or monogrammed products.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from MINIMARO USA.

Refunds

We credit refunds to the original payment methods for the product value only.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
