Shipping and Payment Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MINIMARO USA. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
 

Shipment processing time

The deadline for delivery starts upon receipt of payment.

Products from the Express Selection are in stock and will ship within 2-5 business days. Orders for customized items may require 10-20 business days for manufacturing depending on model, quantity, custom requests and order situations.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please contact us with request to the expected delivery date in advance to avoid any timely conflicts for you. Our goal is to meet your needs as best as we can, however, the quality of our products is our main priority!
 
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We will email you a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our factory. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our products are shipped directly from Germany with DHL and Deutsche Post.
 
Flat Rate
We send color samples and sample sets without shipping costs within 1-3 days. Delivery is within the USA.

All other products ship directly from manufactory in Germany. The delivery time is 8-10 working days.
The shipping costs are a flat rate of 9.99 USD.
From a value of 300 USD we deliver free of charge.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Delivery is done by parcel service. Respectively, we only charge a one time shipping fee in case the delivery of your order requires shipment in separate parts due to technical reasons.
 
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The import of leather handles into the US is usually duty-free.
However, MINIMARO USA is not responsible for any charges that may still be levied by the US authorities.
 
Damages
MINIMARO USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Bank Wire Transfers:
Please include the invoice number when paying in advance that you receive with your order confirmation email.
The (the goods will be shipped to you) production of your ordered items will begin after we received the full amount of the purchase value on our account.
Please take into account that the production of your ordered can only take place after receipt of payment.
You can view the status of your order at any time in your customer account.
